Drill

• Players form a cross with a group of players at each point.
• The first paddler in group A starts with the ball and from a stationary position, passes it to the first paddler in group B as they paddle toward group C.
• B receives the ball on the left and passes it to C. B joins the end of the queue at C.
• After throwing the ball, A paddles to D and receives the ball from C.
• A passes to D and joins the end of the queue at D.
• The drill continues to rotate through all players.
